  • Ligand de la catéchol-o-méthyltransférase (COMT), des récepteurs aux benzodiazépines, interaction complexe avec le récepteur au GABA [1]
  • Inhibition de la liaison du flumazénil in vitro, pourrait donc être impliquée dans les effets antidépresseurs des extraits de millepertuis Hypericum perforatum [2]
  • Anti-inflammatoire, inhibition de la phospholipase A2 [3], inhibition de la COX-2 [4]
  • Inhibiteur réversible de la cathepsine B, impliquée dans l'arthrite et le cancer [5]
  • Chimioprotecteur [6]
  • L'amentoflavone passe la barrière hémato-encéphalique, son transport est potentialisé par l'extrait d'Hypericum perforatum [7]
  • Vasorelaxant [8]
